Al's Hobby Shop presents the following discounts for PARA
Please read everything on the page before ordering or asking questions.
Al's will be having an Aerotech special for the holidays. It will be available only to clubs as a thank you for their business through out the year. All 75mm and 98mm reloads plus 75mm and 98mm Aerotech hardware will have a special 28% discount off retail. If you prefer Rouse-Tech 75mm or 98mm hardware, the discount is 20%. They will be delivered in February. Al's will start taking orders December 15th and stop January 15th. The order will be placed on January 16th, the expected arrival at Al's is February 13th with a ship out date of the 15th. You must be a current paid up member of PARA to take advantage of the discounts that we have arranged. If you pay for stuff and have it shipped to us, you cannot get it until AFTER you pay your $25 membership dues and fill out a membership form. To receive your club discount from Al's, put "Please apply PARA discount" in the comments section during checkout. Be sure your phone number is on the order form so that Ken (our contact at Al's) can contact you for credit card info. This can also be done via email. Al's does not save any credit card information so you must provide it with each order. The Web site will not reflect your discount. Ken will apply the discount when he enters the order. In addition to discounted merchandise, this allows us to share the $20 Hazmat fee on orders that are shipped simultaneously. Al's will ship all orders to Phil. You can make arrangement to pick your merchandise up prior to our launches. Make sure you call first. This is to help members and the club in general - we are not a hobby shop. Remember that you must be a current member to receive your stuff. If you are not a current member, all it takes is $25 to become one. Your savings from one motor order can easily pay your dues. If the motors are in stock, the order should be placed at least one week in advance to receive them in time for the next launch. For motors not in stock, motor orders should be submitted to Al's Hobby Shop at least three weeks prior to our launch to insure delivery at our launch on the first Sunday of the month. It is our intent to have PARA orders batched together and shipped on the 21st of the month. That will put the orders in our hands between the 24th and 26th. Holiday can alter this plan. If this has adequate participation, we can increase the frequency of the orders.
